Even though they had seen heartbreaking scenes like this before, a group of dog lovers couldn't just walk by when they saw a dog in obvious distress sitting on the sidewalk.
She was struggling to move, weighed down by her large belly, and she looked at every passerby with pleading eyes, hoping for someone to help her.
As the group came closer, they quickly realized that the dog wasn’t just unwell; she was also heavily pregnant.
